Services

AAA Supreme Cleaning Services provides apartment turnover cleaning, short-term rental cleaning, commercial cleanouts, and customized cleaning solutions. All services are subject to availability, property location, condition, and the agreed scope of work. Services not included in the original booking or estimate may require additional fees and customer approval.

Booking & Appointments

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled through our website or directly with AAA Supreme Cleaning Services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property details, and access instructions. Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling when necessary and will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Pricing & Payments

Service pricing is based on property size, cleaning requirements, selected add-ons, and overall property condition. Prices displayed on our website may be subject to change before booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, additional cleaning requests, or services outside the original agreement. Any additional charges will be communicated for approval before the extra work is performed. Payment requirements and accepted payment methods will be provided during booking or before services begin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellation fees, deposit requirements, or rescheduling restrictions will be clearly disclosed before booking confirmation. Failure to provide property access at the scheduled appointment time may result in additional fees if agreed upon during booking.

Property Access & Preparation

Customers must ensure that the property is accessible, safe, and ready for cleaning at the scheduled appointment time. Electricity, running water, and other necessary utilities should be available. Personal valuables, fragile belongings, and important documents should be secured before our team arrives. Any known hazards, maintenance concerns, or special property instructions must be communicated in advance.

Cleaning Expectations

AAA Supreme Cleaning Services strives to provide professional, thorough cleaning based on the selected service package. However, cleaning results may vary depending on property condition, surface materials, and existing stains or damage. Permanent discoloration, excessive wear, and damage that cannot be corrected through standard cleaning are not guaranteed to be removed. Deep cleaning, specialty cleaning, and additional services must be included in the booking or separately approved.

Short-Term Rental Cleaning

Short-term rental cleaning services are designed to prepare properties between guest stays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate checkout and check-in schedules, access instructions, and necessary guest supplies unless otherwise agreed. Laundry, linen replacement, restocking, and other additional services are included only when specified in the selected cleaning package or purchased as add-ons. Same-day turnovers are subject to availability and sufficient cleaning time.

Commercial Cleanouts

Commercial cleanout services are based on the size of the property, the amount and type of materials involved, labor requirements, and disposal needs. Customers must have the legal authority to request the removal of items from the property. Hazardous materials, biohazards, asbestos, and other regulated waste are excluded from standard services. Additional labor, hauling, or disposal charges must be approved before being added to the agreed scope of work.

Property Damage & Liability

AAA Supreme Cleaning Services takes reasonable precautions when performing cleaning services. Customers should report any concerns regarding property damage promptly, including photographs or other supporting information when available. All reported incidents will be reviewed individually. Responsibility for verified damage will be determined according to the circumstances, applicable service agreements, and Georgia law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Service Satisfaction & Concerns

Customer satisfaction is important to AAA Supreme Cleaning Services. If a customer is dissatisfied with a completed service, we encourage them to contact us within 24 hours so the concern can be reviewed. When appropriate, we may offer corrective cleaning or another reasonable resolution. Any refund will depend on the circumstances, the services provided, applicable agreements, and legal requirements. Reporting a concern within 24 hours is encouraged but does not eliminate any rights provided by law.

Health & Safety

AAA Supreme Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue work when a property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions. This may include exposure to dangerous chemicals, bodily fluids, severe infestations, structural hazards, or other unsafe environments. Customers are responsible for disclosing known safety concerns before service. Specialized remediation services are not included unless expressly agreed upon and performed by appropriately qualified providers.

Business Partnerships & Recurring Services

Recurring cleaning services and commercial partnerships may require separate written agreements outlining pricing, cleaning frequency, service expectations, payment schedules, and cancellation requirements. The terms of a signed service agreement will govern the specific partnership where they differ from these general website terms.

Website Use

Visitors agree to use this website for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use of website content, attempts to interfere with website functionality, or submission of false or misleading information is prohibited. AAA Supreme Cleaning Services may update website content, service descriptions, and pricing information as business needs change.
